Be sure to include your model Name and Number as well as size etc. Occasionally that won't be enough information and I'll have to take the number from the device or screen itself but quotes are always free so you get to decide if it is cost effective to replace. If you decide not to move forward with the repair, I'll re-assemble your device for a minor charge, as is depending on the extent of disassembly/reassembly  no charge or I can recycle it for you. Responsibly recycling and reusing parts since 2004!

If you are having problems with your electronic devices, iPod Touch, Photo, Classic, Video, iPhone, iPad, Zune, DS, Playstation, Laptop, Game Boy etc. Broken screen / digitizer, lcd, ear phone/audio jack, click wheel, dead battery, bad logic board, won't stay on, won't load or sync music etc. Save it from the land fill! Don't throw it away! I can procure OEM parts and repair ipod (and other device) problems in most cases for a fraction of the cost of factory and/or new. Many common parts in stock.

 

Turnaround depends on vendors and stock. Usually 1-2 weeks. Got a quote for less, show me the quote and I'll do my best to match or beat it. 1-2 year Warranty on most parts and repairs.

I have found the flat rate boxes from USPS work very good for Mailing Devices in and they are really affordable too! Make sure you insure your device for replacement cost and get tracking or at least delivery confirmation. Please don't require a signature though because there is no guarantee we can be here when USPS delivers. (they arrive different times every day) Please email for the mailing address.
