Handed off my iPod Classic to Marc (which was actually discontinued while in his possession!) for a battery problem which escalated to a logic board problem as well. Never once had an issue with communicating with him and he returned it completely fixed and ready to go. Highly recommended!!!

My son had been using a serious cracked screen ipod for months to the point it was cutting his fingers. I found Marc on craigslist.org. I emailed him last night and he was able to fix it the next day.. It was amazing how fast it was! It looked brand new after he replaced the glass. His prices are great too. I will be calling Marc for all of my future repairs.
